2005 Judge entered denial of work comp claim of asbestosis injury. Judge was by motion requested to recuse as he was the third judge. he refused. I lost on all counts which reflect federal law stating medical signs of asbestos exposure like nodular pleural disease whicch i have. I did not have money to appeal at that time. in 2010 Judge was not reseated due to bias towards employers. he denied my witnesses, expert, and lied . the employer and their counsel conspired to judge shop. it was called the "Dane Syndrome"
For some inane reason they have immunity (which means you must now take matters into your own hands for justice to prevail).
Can you sue a judge who has been removed from the bench>?
