I know they say a cough is a common sign of lung cancers and chest pain. But can the cough be produced by congestion that sits in the back of the throat like right below the addams apple? It's almost like post nasal drip dripping down the back of the throat and it sits there and makes me cough. Yea I know this could be a cold, but could this also be a symptom of lung cancers?
Is throat congestion a symptom of lung cancers like mesothelioma, etc?
