What do you think of my paper on Following safety procedures? Any grammar mistakes?

What if a student didn’t follow safety procedures in Science class?

If someone forgot to wear a mask in science class a
Lot of things could go wrong. Prolonged exposure to bleach fumes can cause damage to airways and lungs. Bleach fumes can also cause Pneumonia. also, you could be coughing up blood. If they inhaled fumes from certain types of burning plastic, they could die.

they could also inhale Carbon Monoxide, a colourless, odorless tasteless gas. it is highly toxic and is the leading cause of accidental poisoning deaths in America. If someone inhales Asbestos it could cause different cancers, warts, pleural plaques, and defuse pleural thickening. Another one is Ammonia. Ammonia is a chemical that is used in Fertilizer, Refrigerants, disinfectants, fuel, and cigarettes.

also, Battery Acid should not be inhaled. it is very easy to identify it. Battery Acid is the white stuff that comes out of batteries if they leak. If you inhale this, it can cause extreme damage to your respiratory tract. Battery acid can also cause irritation to eyes, making them read and puffy.

this one might come as a surprise to you. Helium! Helium is very fun at parties, but if inhaled too much, it could cause asphyxia. Sucking in helium replaces oxygen. If you go up to a helium tank and put your mouth over the nozzle, your lungs could explode!

Another thing you shouldn’t inhale is lead. High levels of lead can cause brain damage, growth problems, and kidney problems. it can also cause learning and behavioral problems. the most common source of lead is in paint. Lead can also come from Gasoline and plumbing products.

Pretty much every capitalized worh that does not start a sentence should not be capitalized (except America). and one place you put read instead of red.
