I'm watching a commercial seeking those w/ mesothelioma due to asbestos exposure to join in a class action suit but if the disease was contracted in the military the patient does not qualify.
What about how the Federal gov is obviously guilty of defalcation by how it raped the SS fund every time it needed a monetary band aid? we can't sue them for that. Any other entity would be swimming for it's life after that kind of abuse.
Does the fact that we can't sue the Feds contribute to corruption? after all, what stops it f/ doing what ever it wants regardless of where the pain is distributed?
I saw the commercial, you have one important detail wrong: if you contracted mesothelioma while in the military, you can't sue the military, but you can go after the company that made the material.
You can sue the federal government, but the federal government would decide the case. it won't make a judgement against itself.
You CAN sue the federal government, as well as state governments and local governments.
Lawsuits have been successfully filed and won against all three.
They wanted those who have mesothelioma due to asbestos exposure because mostly mesothelioma is caused of asbestos exposure.

Actually you ARE allowed to sue the federal government.
Why can't we sue the Federal gov?
